Total Coverage
In the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your Hydra Research printer, we will cover all repair costs even if the printer is outside the standard warranty or if that damage was caused by user error. You will be responsible for shipping costs if the printer needs to be sent to Hydra Research for repairs.

HYDRACare includes a personalized 1-hour training session via video call with one of our experts.
HYDRACare+
A top-tier service plan including hot swaps for hardware replacements and priority support to ensure maximum up-time of your Hydra Research 3D Printer. Ideal for enterprises, companies of all sizes, and schools.
Total Coverage
In the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your Hydra Research printer, we will cover all repair costs even if the printer is outside the standard warranty or if that damage was caused by user error.
Hot-Swap Replacement
If our team determines your printer needs to be repaired or replaced, we'll ship you a replacement before receiving your old printer. Shipping fees are included for hot swaps both ways, so you pay nothing. All you need to do is put the old one in the box and ship it back. Up to 2 hot-swaps a year.
Customized Training +
HYDRACare includes a personalized 3-hour training session via video call with one of our experts. The 3 hours of training can be split up into multiple sessions. If you are in the Portland, OR metro area the 3 training hours can be used for us to deliver, install the printer, and provide a 1-hour in-person training session while we are there.
Priority Support
With HYDRACare+, get to the front of the line for email and phone support. Receive help within hours, not days!
