We realize that in the coming weeks there may be shortages in key components used to combat COVID-19. We want to make sure our 3D printing capabilities are available for manufacturing personal protective equipment and replacement parts for equipment that may aid in the fight.

Dear Hydra Research Community,

First, I hope your friends and family are all staying safe and healthy! Second, I wanted to reach out to assure you that we are still here.

All our services will continue as usual for the time being, but we will be keeping a close eye on the situation and taking extra measures to ensure

the safety of you and our team.

What does this mean

  • You can still use our 3D printing and modeling services, order printers and filament, and receive the same great technical support and customer service.

  • We are not offering local pickup. All orders must be shipped.

  • We will be sanitizing outgoing parts from our print service and we will be wearing gloves when packing and handling all other outgoing items.

  • Our facility is undergoing daily sanitization in high use areas.

I will be sure to update you if the situation changes. In the meantime, I offer you the best wishes from the Hydra team during these troublesome times. Stay safe!
